body lauguage

Hello! How are you? It is getting cold Japan. I have a headache>< I think I catch a cold~~>< Oh, no~~><
Today, we learned about body language in Suzanne class. There are same meaning body languages Japan and other countries. For example, "Yes" "No" "ok, good" and "I don't know, I don't care" are same body language. But some body languages are not same meaning in Japan and other. I will talk about 1 body language that we surprised!!
Do girls stand and pat her hair in your country? We do it very often in Japan. But this meaning is vanity in other country!! We didn't know this meaning!! It is very usual to pats our hair in Japan. We don't have any meaning of doing that. We do it because to fix our hair style, or just touch. That's all! We are not vanity~>< We pats our hair in train, road, school, when we are talking with our friends....anywhere, anytime. Is it not usual in your country? If you see our act like this, do you think "Japanese girls are so vanity!"?? When we heard this meaning at first time, we all said "Really!?" "Why~?!”"We are not, We are not this meaning."^^ We were so surprised!
Do you have any interest body language?

Hello, Hitomi. How are you? I'm fine. Recently, it has been getting cold.
You have a headache..Are you OK? I'm worried about you. You may catch a cold.. I hope that you will be fine. If you feel bad, you have to take care of the nutrition.
In addition, You should go to bed early. What time do you usually go to bed every day? I often go to bed at 2:30. I'm always doing my homework, but sleeping is the most important, so take care!
In class, we learned various body languages. I enjoyed. Did you enjoy? Most Japanese girls put our hair. I also do that, but no meaning. I knew this meaning of other countries. I was really surprised. We have to care if we go to other countries.
I want to know body languages more. If you find them again, pleae tell me.

I think a lot of girls here touch their hair. Sometimes it has a meaning, where they want to flirt with a guy. But sometimes it means nothing and they are just bored! A lot of guys in the U.S. play with their hair too!! Especially the guys that have hair products in their hair, like hair wax. I think that is funny :)
Feel better!!

I was surpised at that ,too!
We don't have meaning to pat our hair.
I think we do it to check our appearance without notice.
Of couse, we aren't vanity!
I thought that all girls in the world do that as same as Japan.
Recentry, not only girls but also boys touch their hair in a train, classroom or somewhere.
So it is not unusual sight in Japan.
How about American boys?
Are they touch their hair??
How about Australian boy??
Please tell me!
